We know how much your little paws love opening presents so we include complimentary little paw gift wrap on all orders.
All of our newborn gift boxes also include a handwritten message on one of our letterpress greetings cards. Cards can be added, at a cost of £1, to orders other than newborn gift boxes.
Because no one likes surprises (unless it’s a surprise gift from little paw), our delivery options are very simple. For orders over a value of £60, standard delivery is included free of charge. This delivery can be upgraded to express delivery (1-2 business days) at additional cost. For orders under £60 (not including delivery costs) standard delivery costs £4.00 and express delivery £6.99, both selectable during checkout*.
Items ordered Monday to Thursday, will be dispatched no later than the following working day using our trusted courier. Because we need to give our little paws a rest, orders placed on a Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched on the next working day. We aim to deliver our little paw boxes to their intended recipients within 3-5 business days.
The indicated delivery times are general time frames provided to us by Royal Mail. We are unable to refund shipping fees made on orders delivered later than the indicated delivery times.
*There may be additional courier charges for certain Northern Ireland, Highlands, Islands and parts of Scotland postcodes.
The team at little paw do everything they can to ensure that only the most wonderful gifts leave our den, but we know that from time to time things aren’t quite what you had expected.
If you’re not completely happy with your order you can return it to us, at your own expense, for a refund within 14 days of dispatch. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging; gift boxes must be returned in their entirety, unused and in their original packaging.
If you receive a product that is in any way faulty you can return it to us for an exchange or refund within 30 days of dispatch. You will need to pay the cost of return postage but please keep hold of proof of payment and we will refund the cost. If you would like to return an item just get in touch with our amazing team and they will guide you through the process.
